You may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, testimonials, or other content collectively referred to as “Feedback.”

By submitting Feedback, you grant Cumeds a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent that:

You own the Feedback or have permission to submit it;
The Feedback is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
You have disclosed any incentive or compensation connected to it;
The Feedback does not violate another person’s rights;
The Feedback does not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or malicious content;
The Feedback does not contain viruses or harmful code.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Cumeds, operated by ZENITH TECH GROUP LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Cumeds and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, delivery, return, or refund of products purchased from Cumeds.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and Cumeds.
